What You'll Do:

• Lead strategic buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
• Draft and negotiate definitive transaction documents
• Manage due diligence and oversee deals from signing through closing
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and opposing counsel

We're Looking For:

• 3–6 years of strategic M&A experience at a Big Law, strong midsize, or reputable boutique firm
• Ability to independently manage transactions with minimal supervision
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
• Active admission to a U.S. state bar
