Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Job Summary:

The Kitting Associate is responsible for assembling product kits, organizing materials, and ensuring all kit components are accurately packaged according to customer and production requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble kits according to work instructions and production schedules
• Gather, organize, and verify components needed for each kit
• Package completed kits and prepare them for shipment or production use
• Inspect materials and finished kits for accuracy and quality standards
• Utilize RF scanners and inventory systems as needed
• Maintain accurate counts of materials and kit components
• Assist with inventory organization, replenishment, and cycle counts
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
• Cross-train in other warehouse departments as needed

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand and work for the entire shift
• Previous warehouse, assembly, or kitting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
