Job Description :

Position Summary

As a Eurotainer Maintenance & Repair Supervisor you will use your excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to coordinate and expedite down time of assigned equipment. Regular duties include coordinating, scheduling and auditing of the suppliers that perform repairs and testing to the wide range of equipment that is in Eurotainer’s fleet.

Major Responsibilities

• Handling the maintenance, repair and testing of equipment through third party suppliers.

• Working with suppliers on prioritizing repairs to meet our customers’ needs.

• Ensuring quality services are provided on our equipment.

• Ensure the regulatory compliance, and safety standards of Eurotainer’s assets.

• Control costs associated with the maintenance and repair of equipment.

• Project management.

• Meet and exceed internal team and external customer satisfaction.

• Meeting and exceeding assigned KPI’s.

• Executing the company’s global policy and procedures.

• Other duties and tasks as required by management.

Candidate Requirements:

Competencies

• Technical expertise: Knowledge of tank container industry, inspection, maintenance, and repair processes, including relevant regulatory requirements.

• Cost management: Skills to manage budgets, analyze operational costs, and optimize spending.

• Customer service approach - To be most attentive and response positively to all enquiries/needs on time.

• Complex problem solver - identify & solve the problem within complex process/situation successfully; identify potential problems in a proactive manner.

• Quality oriented – create / update / implement / improve policies / procedures / processes / methodology according to defined KPIs and objectives; define KPIs and objectives in order to improve the process.

• Proactivity – to challenge existing way of work, to initiate new ideas and seek new opportunities.

• Software proficiency: Ability to use Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sage.
