The Recruiting Coordinator reports to the Recruiter who leads recruitment efforts for Menus and Venues field employees. This is a temporary contracted position from June to September, supporting the opening of a new Terrain Cafe location. The position is on-site, 24 hours a week.
Success in this role depends on strong collaboration and clear communication with field managers to ensure hiring goals are met and aligned with broader business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, excels at task prioritization, and demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process for high-volume, entry-level positions, including opening and closing job requisitions.
Edit and refine job postings on job sites for optimal applicant attraction.
Review resumes and coordinate the scheduling of candidate interviews with field management.
Communicate directly with applicants to provide support and address inquiries.
Minimum of 1 year restaurant experience preferred
Strong organizational skills
Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Highly self-motivated and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
Fluid understanding of various computer systems including but not limited to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
