Product Assembly and Material Handling Associate
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Assembler and Material Handler. The ideal candidate will be committed to following safety protocols, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
" Follow all documented processes and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.


" Assemble various products in a cleanroom environment while adhering to strict cleanliness protocols, including wearing a smock, mask, hearing protection, hairnet, shoe covers, and gloves.
" Package finished products according to visual work instructions and regulatory requirements.
" Perform rework and inspection tasks on products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and identifying defects.
" Record and maintain data related to product quality and traceability as required.

Required Skills:
" GED or High School Diploma.
" Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in products.
" Strong computer skills.
" Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with warehouse and production environments. Ability to lift 30lbs.
" Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Skill:
Qualifications:
" Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, particularly in a cleanroom or production environment.
" Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements related to product assembly and handling.
" Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
