About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated M365 Solution Architect to join our team. This is a highly pre-sales focused role where you will act as the technical lead across the sales process, supporting MSPs and partners in understanding the value of inforcer within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will combine deep Microsoft 365 expertise with strong commercial awareness, helping to shape technical conversations, influence decision making, and drive successful outcomes. What you’ll be doing
Lead technical pre-sales engagements, acting as the subject matter expert across the sales cycle
Partner closely with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and shape technical solutions aligned to customer needs
Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations to MSP partners and prospects
Translate complex Microsoft 365 concepts into clear, commercially relevant value propositions
Support technical discovery processes, identifying customer challenges and mapping them to inforcer solutions
Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and partners throughout the evaluation process
Support onboarding and early-stage adoption to ensure a strong transition from pre-sales to post-sales
Feed market and customer insight back into product development and sales strategy
Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 developments, new features, and best practices

Skills We Need for This Role
Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, including architecture, administration, and optimisation
Strong knowledge across Microsoft Entra, Intune, Defender, SharePoint, and Purview (Copilot experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance best practices
Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture roles
Experience supporting complex sales cycles, including discovery, solution design, and technical validation
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align technical solutions to business outcomes
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
