Be responsible for the recruitment, development, training and management of the medical affairs team;
Lead the team to complete the following tasks:
Development and implementation of TA medical strategy and medical plan;
Discover unmet treatment needs and evidence needs that are consistent with medical strategies and develop clinical research plans and complete internal audits accordingly. Responsible for supporting research initiated by researchers;
Publication of scientific articles;
The management of national key KEEs, and the establishment of good academic cooperation and scientific exchanges;
Design and implementation of medical innovation projects;
Cross-function communication and cooperation to provide medical support for relevant departments;
Ensure that the team complies with the company''s rules and regulations.
