Machine Adjuster Trainee -- Hiring Now Cenveo | City of Industry, CA Train to become a full Machine Adjuster in a fast paced envelope manufacturing environment. Great for mechanically skilled candidates ready to grow. Pay & Schedule $21/hr or higher depending on experience + shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts) Training is on 1st shift: 6am -- 2pm 2nd shift premium $0.70/hr / 2pm -- 10-pm 3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 10pm -- 6am Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as needed What You'll Do Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers Support repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues Monitor quality and machine performance Perform required maintenance and follow all safety procedures What You Need 3-4 years mechanical aptitude/experience Strong attention to detail and safety Basic math and computer skills Reliable and eager to learn Physical Requirements Standing, bending, lifting up to 55 lbs * Work around machinery, noise, inks, solvents CENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYER
