Machine Adjuster Trainee

CENVEO Mt. Pleasant, PA location

Train to become a full Machine Adjuster in a fast-paced envelope manufacturing environment.

Great for mechanically skilled candidates with relevant experience.

Shift assignments may vary based on operational needs and availability.

Pay & Schedule

• 19.77/hr - 21.78/hr + applicable shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shifts
• 1st shift: 7am - 3pm
• 2nd shift: 3pm - 11pm
• 3rd shift: 11pm - 7am
• Availability to train on any shift
• Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as needed

What You'll Do

• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers
• Support repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Monitor quality and machine performance
• Perform required maintenance and follow all safety procedures

What You Need

• 3-4 years mechanical aptitude/experience
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Basic math and computer skills
• Reliable and eager to learn

Physical Requirements

• Standing, bending, lifting up to 55 lbs
• Work around machinery, noise, inks, solvents
• Ability to work in various temperatures in a manufacturing environment
