Job Title: Machine and Production Operator
Pay: $18.00/hour
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM (end times may vary based on production schedule, could end between 1:30PM - 3:30PM)

As a Machine and Production Operator, you'll be a key player in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with your team to ensure quality, safety, and timely shipments, making a real difference every day.

What You'll Do:
As a Machine and Production Operator, you will be responsible for:
• Assisting with the production of cardboard boxes and packaging materials for outbound shipments
• Operating an electric pallet jack or sit-down forklift (training provided) to load product pallets onto trucks for shipment
• Performing general clean-up of the production line and workspace to maintain a sanitary environment
• Breaking down and cleaning machinery, including daily soap scrubbing and rinsing of equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness of floors through daily washing and monthly deep cleaning using bleach sanitation

What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Commitment to following GMPs and Food Safety Regulations
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Desire to receive forklift training to assist with loading trucks (previous forklift experience is a plus, but not required)
