Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical components and machines per engineering drawings, schematics, and part lists.
  • Use precision tools to achieve tight tolerances and ensure quality.
  • Operate overhead cranes to handle heavy parts safely.
  • Follow quality standards, safety protocols, and lean principles.
  • Read and measure in imperial and metric systems; collaborate with team members.
  • Maintain organized work areas and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of assembly or 5 years in manufacturing/machine tool maintenance.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work with measuring devices, and interpret schematics.
  • Mechanical inclination, attention to detail, and safety awareness.
    Preferred: electrical wiring experience, forklift license, or computer literacy.
