Machine Assembler Precision Machining; Large Machinery Assembly

Responsibilities:

• Assemble large and small machinery with precision fitments, ensuring high-quality builds.
• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, GD&T symbols, and tolerances to execute precise assembly.
• Modify parts as needed when machining adjustments are required.
• Operate milling machines and lathes to refine or adjust components for assembly.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Safely move and position large machine parts
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following best practices for heavy machinery handling.

MUST HAVES

• 2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly of large machinery
• Hands-on machining experience (CNC or manual machine operation)
• Strong understanding of fitment, tolerances, and GD&T in complex assemblies
• Previous experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems
