Machine Assembler (Custom Build) – 1st Shift
Direct Placement | $24-27/hour depending on experience
Build custom machines from the ground up in a clean, organized shop. This is hands-on work—not assembly line production.

What You'll Do
Assemble custom machines from prints and schematics
Build mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Perform fit-up, alignment, and final assembly
Use hand tools, power tools, cranes, and shop equipment
Do basic wiring and electrical work
Troubleshoot issues with engineering support
What We're Looking For
Experience assembling custom machinery or equipment
Strong blueprint reading skills
Mechanical assembly experience
Basic electrical knowledge
Good problem-solving skills
Pluses: welding, hydraulics/pneumatics, mills/lathes, forklift or crane

6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.
