Job Title: Machine Assembly Coordinator / Production Coordinator
Location: Plymouth, Minnesota
Job Description:
We are hiring a Machine Build Readiness Coordinator to support machine assembly and production. The ideal candidate will organize materials, track parts, prepare assembly kits, and coordinate with different teams to ensure everything is ready for production.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect machine parts and materials.
- Track missing or delayed parts.
- Organize and prepare components for assembly.
- Print and organize work instructions and drawings.
- Coordinate with technicians and the machine shop to resolve part issues.
- Package and pallet completed kits for shipment.
- Notify teams when kits are ready for delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SolidWorks is a plus.
- Able to lift materials and perform physical tasks as needed.
