What You’ll Do

1. Translate written steps from an operation manual into precise, repeatable assembly work
2. Handle tools of the trade—pliers, screwdrivers, box cutters and power tools—to craft products accurately
3. Prepare shipments by packaging parts into cartons and sealing with auto tape dispensers
4. Keep safety front and center by following all company guidelines
5. Model teamwork: resolve conflicts constructively and support peers
6. Work closely with manufacturing leaders, embrace feedback, and continuously improve quality and throughput
7. Step up for additional responsibilities to help the team meet milestones

Is This You?

• Comfortable with repetitive motions and handling lightweight parts up to 10 pounds each
• Organized, punctual, and dependable with strong time management
• Respectful, collaborative communicator
• Confident reading and following written instructions in an operation manual
