Machine Assembly Technician (Skilled)
Location: Marion, IN
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $27–$31/hour (based on experience)

Pro Resources is partnering with a reputable manufacturing company in Marion, IN to hire a skilled Machine Assembly Technician. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical experience who can confidently assemble, troubleshoot, and repair complex machinery with minimal supervision.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assemble and build industrial machinery from blueprints and technical drawings
- Perform rebuilds, repairs, and mechanical adjustments on existing equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Read and interpret schematics, layouts, and installation instructions
- Conduct testing, alignment, and final machine checkouts
- Occasionally travel for installation, service, or repair work
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in machine assembly, equipment building, or industrial maintenance
- Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Hands-on experience with mechanical systems, pneumatics, and basic electrical components
- Solid troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel as needed
