We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Coater Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with production equipment, monitoring quality, and taking ownership of the manufacturing process.
Enjoy a unique schedule-work just three 12-hour shifts per week and have four days off every week.
What Youll Do:
- Operate coating and converting equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Load and unload large rolls of material into production machinery
- Monitor coating applications and machine performance throughout production runs
- Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor operational issues
- Measure materials and verify specifications to ensure product quality
- Conduct inspections and complete production documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
What Were Looking For:
- Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read measurements and follow detailed specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to lift and handle production materials safely
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated individuals who can work independently and stay focused throughout the shift
