Responsibilities:
*    Research, plan, and design mechanical, electromechanical, hydraulic, and liquid processing systems using advanced 3D software (SolidWorks).
*    Create detailed assembly models, approval prints, and pneumatic/hydraulic schematics.
*    Analyze equipment specifications and performance requirements to develop cost-effective, manufacturable designs.
*    Assess the feasibility of new equipment designs or modifications to existing systems, considering constraints like space, cost, and time.
*    Utilize Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) tools (e.g., SolidWorks Simulation) to validate designs.
*    Evaluate field installations, making design modifications to improve performance and integration.
*    Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, safety standards, and regulations (e.g., ANSI, OSHA).
*    Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to evaluate fit, form, and function of equipment relative to adjacent systems and components.



Qualifications
*    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME or equivalent) preferred; Associate's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience considered.
*    Proven mechanical aptitude and proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling software.
*    Strong knowledge of engineering principles, building materials, and mechanical systems.
*    Experience with FEA and CFD tools to test and refine designs.
*    Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
