Lead Person Night Shift
Position Location: Plant 6 Huntingburg
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Promote and maintain established safety policies, practices, and procedures
- Possess the ability to work with all levels of management by coaching team members on how to achieve production & safety goals for their department
- Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts while maintaining company policy
- Maintain Lean Manufacturing standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- Manage inventory and handle material
- Ability to Multitask
- Must be a self-starter and motivator
- Ability to meet scheduled timelines
- Possess excellent leadership and communication skills
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in manufacturing or leadership positions preferred
