A client of Innova Solutions is hiring immediately for a Machine Learning Engineer role.

Duration: 18 Months
Location: Plano, TX 
 
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and MLOps to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building autonomous AI agents, developing production-ready machine learning models, implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and deploying AI applications in cloud-native environments.
 
This role requires deep technical expertise in Python, modern AI frameworks, LLMs, cloud platforms, and production AI engineering.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents using LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, Microsoft AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel.
• Build multi-agent orchestration workflows with agent memory, planning, tool calling, and reasoning capabilities.
• Develop and optimize machine learning models for fraud detection, authentication risk scoring, user behavior analytics, and anomaly detection.
• Build enterprise Generative AI applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Llama, and Mistral.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases such as Pinecone, Azure AI Search, ChromaDB, Weaviate, and Elasticsearch.
• Fine-tune foundation models and optimize prompts for enterprise AI use cases.
• Deploy AI/ML solutions into production using Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or Databricks.
• Build scalable APIs and AI microservices.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, drift detection, and automated retraining workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and cloud-native AI platforms.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory standards.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Machine Learning engineering experience.
• 2+ years of enterprise experience developing Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions.
• Proven experience deploying AI/ML models into production environments.
