    As an Machine Learning Engineer, you will partner across diverse teams, projects, and environments to help solve a myriad of complex business problems. You'll bring a passion for the intersection of software development with generative AI and machine learning.

    Key job responsibilities

    The ideal candidate will:

    • Solve complex technical problems, often ones not solved before, at every layer of the stack.
    • Design, implement, test, deploy and maintain innovative ML solutions to transform service performance, durability, cost, and security.
    • Build high-impact ML solutions to deliver to our large customer base.
    • Build high-quality, highly available, always-on products.
    • Research implementations that deliver the best possible experiences for customers.
    • Participate in design discussions, code review, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Work cross-functionally to help drive business solutions with your technical input.
    • Work in a startup-like development environment, where you're always working on the most important stuff.

    A day in the life

    As a Machine Learning Engineer on our team, you"ll focus on developing ML software solutions that address complex network management challenges. Your day might include partnering with infrastructure teams to understand technical requirements, prototyping new ML approaches to optimize network performance, and working through code reviews with colleagues across the organization. You"ll move between hands-on development work, design discussions with stakeholders, and research into emerging techniques that could enhance our solutions. You"ll have the opportunity to see your work deployed to our large customer base and gather feedback that shapes the next iteration of improvements.
