Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team, focusing on machine learning applications in surgical contexts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, machine learning, and computer vision, particularly in vision-language models (VLMs) and large vision models (LVMs).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply machine learning methods in surgical applications.
  • Engage in image and video understanding, object tracking, and multimodal learning.
  • Work with large language models (LLMs), vision-language models (VLMs), and advanced neural network architectures.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, or medical image analysis.
  • Proficiency in software engineering with C/C++, Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
  • Experience with transformer-based architectures and modern foundation model development.
  • PhD in AI, ML, CE, EE, CS, BME, or a master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in surgical video analysis, visual tracking, image registration, or 3D vision.
  • Knowledge of medical imaging, image-guided intervention systems, or surgical navigation.
  • Understanding of human anatomy and medical image interpretation.
  • Hands-on experience with DICOM and ultrasound image analysis.
  • Experience deploying AI models to real-time systems and using NVIDIA GPU acceleration frameworks (CUDA, TensorRT).
