We are seeking an ML Research Scientist / ML Engineer to develop next-generation AI solutions for surgical and clinical applications. This role will focus on computer vision, multimodal AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation technologies used in medical imaging and video analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions for surgical and clinical applications.
  • Build computer vision, deep learning, and multimodal AI models for image and video analysis.
  • Design AI Agent, RAG, and/or reinforcement learning solutions for workflow automation and decision support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate clinical needs into practical AI solutions.

Qualifications

  • PhD in AI, ML, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; OR Master's degree with 3+ years of industry experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI, ML, deep learning, computer vision, or related areas.
  • Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
  • Experience with computer vision, image analysis, video analysis, segmentation, tracking, or related technologies.
  • Experience with multimodal AI, VLMs, LLMs, AI Agents, LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, and/or reinforcement learning is highly desirable.

Preferred

  • Medical imaging, healthcare AI, or surgical AI experience.
  • Experience with DICOM, image registration, endoscopic video, ultrasound, CT, or related imaging modalities.
  • NVIDIA, TensorRT, CUDA, Linux, or real-time AI deployment experience.
