Machine Learning Research Scientist

We’re hiring a Machine Learning Research Scientist to work on post-training, evaluation, and large-scale foundation models.

What we’re looking for:

• 1.5–6 years of experience with post-training LLMs or large-scale foundation models
• Experience at a company training foundation models
• Hands-on SFT, post-training, or agent experiments
• Strong LLM training pipeline and evaluation expertise
• Proficiency with PyTorch and distributed training frameworks
• BS/MS in CS, ML, Math, or a related field

Nice to have:

• Experience evaluating reasoning, tool use, or agents
• Experience measuring data-quality impact on model behavior
• First-author NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR publications
• PhD in a relevant technical field

You’ll design and run experiments, evaluate model behavior, and translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights.
