Job Description
Hire Dynamics is seeking dependable and hardworking Production Loaders for a manufacturing facility. This is a physically demanding position in a non-climate-controlled environment where employees work directly with industrial drying ovens. Candidates must be comfortable working in extreme heat and humidity and performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
Schedule
- 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Swing shift schedule
Primary Responsibilities
- Manually load 5' x 4' plywood sheets into industrial dryer machines
- Work safely around production equipment and drying ovens
- Perform continuous bending, twisting, lifting, and turning throughout the shift
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Maintain production goals while ensuring quality standards are met
- Keep work area clean and organized
Requirements
- Ability to work in an extremely hot and humid warehouse environment
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver plywood materials repeatedly
- Must wear all required PPE at all times
- Must provide and wear your own steel-toe shoes
