We are seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance/Engineering Manager to join our team! You will manage the maintenance team that is responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial production machinery.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the maintenance team including setting priorities and deadlines, evaluating equipment needs, and establishing the preventative maintenance program and schedules for the equipment
Ensure the department responds to work order requests in a timely fashion
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience in machinery maintenance management or supervisory role
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
