Machine Maintenance Mechanic - Vacforming/ Machine Set Up

Thermo Plastics is a leading manufacturer in the plastics industry, known for quality, innovation, and reliability. We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Mechanic/Vacforming/Thermo Forming machine set up to join our maintenance team and help keep our production running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair plastic processing machinery and equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance

• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and calibration

• Maintain maintenance logs and records

• Ensure safety standards are followed at all times

Requirements:

• Mechanical experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting

• Familiarity with plastic processing equipment is a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be reliable and safety-conscious
