We are expanding and hiring 2 Machine Maintenance Technicians to support our growing operation! This is a hands-on role working with industrial production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Available Shifts
1st Shift:
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Night Shift (12-Hour):
6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule: 3 days on / 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off
What You’ll Do
Perform preventative, diagnostic, and emergency maintenance
Install and maintain production equipment (mixers, bagging machines, pelletizers)
Service plant systems including hoppers, lifts, vacuum loaders, and chutes
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report issues
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
Replace components such as motors, pumps, and valves
Maintain proper inventory of maintenance parts
Work safely in environments involving heights or confined spaces
What We’re Looking For
2–3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong skills in:
Mechanical systems
Electrical (up to 480V)
Hydraulics & pneumatics
Welding (preferred)
Ability to work independently and proactively
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Self-starter with a preventative maintenance mindset
