Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, modify, and repair all mechanical systems and associated equipment including electrical and controls
Inspect, test, and troubleshoot components of mechanical systems, including: pumps, valves, drive units, motors, polyurethane mix and metering units and hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Utilize blueprints and manufacturers' installation manuals to complete assigned projects
Align and calibrate machinery and equipment parts as required for efficient and safe operation
Complete work orders and record material utilized on jobs
Must maintain production standards to meet internal and external customer demand
Responsible for the accurate completion of all paperwork, transactions, tags, etc.
Adhere to all safety standards, including: Lock-Out, Tag-Out (LOTO), Machine Guarding/Bypassing Safety Controls, and Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) safety protocols
