What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play an important role in keeping equipment and facility systems running safely and efficiently. Your day may include:

• Performing preventative maintenance on facility equipment and systems
• Conducting routine inspections of equipment, fluid levels, water flows, filters, quench oils, and related systems
• Troubleshooting equipment problems and assisting with corrective repairs
• Supporting equipment performance testing and maintenance procedures
• Documenting completed maintenance, repairs, and equipment modifications
• Keeping maintenance areas, tools, supplies, and replacement parts organized
• Reviewing equipment manuals, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Identifying equipment concerns and recommending improvements that enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency
• Assisting with facility maintenance and other operational needs as required

• Previous industrial maintenance or mechanical experience
• Experience with preventative maintenance and equipment troubleshooting
• The ability to read and understand equipment manuals, blueprints, and technical documentation

• The ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety

Additional Requirements

• Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Able to lift, bend, pull, stoop, and perform physically demanding maintenance tasks
• Able to safely operate company vehicles when needed
