Job Duties

• Correctly make repairs to all packaging equipment as required or directed.
• Lead line teams in the successful completion of daily production schedules.
• Complete all Preventative Maintenance as assigned.
• Maintain a Safe and orderly production line area.
• Perform STOP and 5-S GMP audits and follow-up as required.
• Correctly complete all shift notes and line documentation as trained.

Requirements

• Associate's or Trade School or Certification preferred.
• 1+ years of machine operation + maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Must have demonstrated electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance on production line equipment.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

What You Will Do

As a Machine Maintenance Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.

A Machine Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the equipment and systems that keep business operations running efficiently. This role combines mechanical knowledge, technical problem-solving, and hands-on repair skills to support reliable production and facility performance.

Successful Machine Maintenance Technician candidates understand how mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems work together to support daily operations. They use technical knowledge, diagnostic skills, and preventative maintenance practices to identify issues before they become major problems and to restore equipment when repairs are needed.
