Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Purpose: Provide support with all preventative maintenance and repair activities of all production and non-production machines/equipment/forklifts and company vehicles.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe work environment for self and others. Follows all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program
- Perform light preventative maintenance as assigned
- Check and replenish all machine oil reservoirs
- Check and replenish all machine coolant reservoirs
- Empty all machine chip bins
- Inspect/clean and or replace all filter mist filters
- Replace all machine air filters as required
- Service company vehicles as required
- Clean/fill and inspect all forklift and floor scrubber batteries
- Transfer coolant between tanks in coolant reclaiming system
- Take coolant concentricity readings in all production machines and coolant reclaiming system, document all readings
- Perform visual inspections on all online air compressors and dryers, document all readings
- Replace all air compressor oil and air filters as required
- Must be able to perform the above duties without direct supervision
- Demonstrate commitment to the TEAM Industries Quality Management system and Objectives
- Promote a positive atmosphere. Actively support activities that promote the welfare and morale of TEAM employees
- Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 year mechanical and/or automotive experience
- Forklift operator experience
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must be able to follow written/verbal instructions or procedures
- Must qualify for driving company vehicles as per company policy
- Must be able to travel and/or attend Machine Technician training classes as needed

- Walk or stand 90% of shift
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and climb ladders/stairs
