We have an exciting new opportunity for a Lead Machine Mechanic in Baltimore! 

Qualifications:
  • Must have valid driver’s license.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of industrial, mechanical, or maintenance experience
  • Must have basic understanding of electrical and PLC systems (for Mechanic and above).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools, machinery, machine belts, and maintenance practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. with assistance and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and stooping.
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
Job Duties entail but are not limited to:
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on machinery and equipment using hand and power tools, cranes, hoists, and measuring instruments.
  • Diagnose mechanical problems using blueprints, manuals, and schematics.
  • Assemble, align, and test machinery to ensure proper function.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, lubrication, and inspections on equipment and building systems.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
  • Assist in training junior mechanics and operations technicians.
  • Operate forklifts, skid loaders, and man-lifts as required.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.
  • Travel or work extended hours as needed for emergency or off-site repairs.
Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
  • Must be flexible to work OT
Pay:
  • $32- $35/hr based on experience
