Position Summary
The Machine Operator II (Moulder) will be responsible for safely operating and feeding a moulder and making small corrections, as necessary. They will safeguard that the machine is accurately producing the products to customer and company specifications.
Essential Responsibilities
- Sets up and adjusts moulder to specifications for each product assigned.
- Follows specific directions as defined on route sheet.
- Ensures proper quality of product coming off machine, inspecting product and discarding product that does not meet standards.
- Responsible for maintaining proper moulder speed (100 FPM).
- Communicates any quality issues related to machine operations with Supervisor.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
