Start-up and Shut-down of Thermoforming lines.
Change extruder screen packs.
Fill roll-stand and extruder water tanks if required.
Check part quality for defects as often as time permits and if needed, correct accordingly.
Pull one shot of parts at the beginning of the shift and turnover to quality assurance.
Ensure operators and operator assistants are performing their duties correctly.
Fill out "Material Percentages Sheet" and turnover to a Lead-person to be recorded in the Thermoforming Traceability system.
Keep regrind in the day bins at a comfortable operating level.
Ensure all production equipment is operational and perform minor repairs if necessary.
Notify Thermoforming Maintenance if a machine failure occurs.
Maintain the department in a clean and orderly manner.
Record production results at the end of the shift in the WebEFF system.
Maintain and enforce all company safety, environment and Department of Health requirements
