Join our team in Columbus, NE, a vibrant community with a strong manufacturing presence and a commitment to quality. We are seeking dedicated individuals for our night shift position, offering a competitive pay rate plus shift differential.
Position Details
  • Night Shift: 6pm to 6am, 12-hour shifts
  • Two-week rotation schedule: Two days on, two days off, three days on, two days off, two days on
  • Reliable transportation required
  • HS Diploma/GED required
Experience and Skills
  • Preference given to candidates with previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications in English
  • Basic math calculation skills
  • Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours
  • Strong team player with effective communication skills
  • Ability to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities
Responsibilities
Perform routine production functions including:
  • Filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision
  • Maintaining accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards
  • Supporting team goals and objectives
  • Following standard operating procedures and making effective decisions as required
