About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Machine Operators for a printing company in Chanhassen, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality direct mail products using state-of-the-art equipment in a clean, modern facility. What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator:- Conduct quality checks on finished products
- Read and understand production tickets
- Package and prepare finished products for mailing accurately and efficiently
- Complete electronic and paper documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist coworkers in other departments as needed
What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and write basic English
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
