Operator – Lettershop

Location: Greenville, SCPay: $17/hr for both day and night shifts; night shift gets a $1 differential Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on (Repeat)Job Type: Full-Time

About the Position

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Operator – Lettershop to join our production team in Greenville! This position is responsible for helping produce and prepare direct mail campaigns by operating production equipment and ensuring materials are accurately assembled, processed, and prepared for mailing.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality work.

What You'll Do

• Fold, assemble, insert, package, sort, and prepare direct mail pieces for mailing
• Operate mail production equipment safely and efficiently
• Set up and make basic adjustments to equipment for production runs
• Monitor machines to ensure they are operating properly
• Identify and troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Read and follow job tickets and production instructions
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Work with team members and supervisors to keep production running smoothly
• Stack pallets and operate powered material-handling equipment as needed
• Follow USPS mailing requirements and production specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in direct mail, lettershop, printing, or production is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to identify machine issues and make basic adjustments
• Ability to read and understand job tickets and production instructions
• Reliable work history with good attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent education and experience
• Willingness to learn USPS postal regulations and procedures
• Experience operating powered material-handling equipment is a plus
• Flexibility to work different or extended hours during peak seasons

Requirements

• Must pass drug test & background check
• Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours per shift
• Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive production and material-handling tasks
• Certain PPE may be required while performing specific job duties
