Operator 2, Machine Compensation: pay $18.55/hr; benefits after 90 days; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates)
Operator 2, Machine Highlights: contract w/ potential perm based on attendance/performance/business needs; required availability: B Shift (overnights; alternating schedule) — Week 1: Mon–Wed, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM (36 hrs) / Week 2: Mon–Thu, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM (48 hrs); alternates every other week; 1-hour lunch. Interview process: phone screen then in-person. Drug screen required.
Operator 2, Machine Responsibilities
Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under supervision
Maintain accurate records/logs in accordance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards
Follow standard operating procedures and instructions while working under direct supervision
Work effectively in a team setting supporting team goals and objectives
Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed
Operator 2, Machine Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days
1–2 years experience (manufacturing/machine operation preferred)
Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications in English
Basic math skills
Effective communication skills (with coworkers and Team Lead/Supervisor)
Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work regularly and on time
Operator 2, Machine Preferred Qualifications
Work history showing experience running machines (manufacturing/production)
Strong teamwork, reliability, and willingness to rotate across tasks
