Compensation: $18.00–$21.00 per hour – paid weekly

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Machine Operator workers for a thermal systems manufacturing company in Delano, MN. What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator:- Operate and monitor machinery to produce parts according to specifications
- Inspect and test products using tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Perform minor preventative maintenance (check fluids, oil machines, etc.)
- Read prints and work instructions to ensure accurate production
- Set up and align tooling, dies, and fixtures in machine beds
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve production problems as they arise
What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:- Must have at least 6 months experience working in a manufacturing or machine operator role in the last 2 years
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must have strong math skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to read prints, work orders, and follow instructions
- Must have basic computer skills and visual inspection ability
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally with or without accommodations
- Willingness to wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe shoes, etc.)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards preferred
