What You'll Do as a CNC Machine Operator:- Operate CNC machines (mills and lathes) to produce parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
- Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure proper function
- Make basic adjustments to machine settings to maintain product quality
- Perform and document production runs, quality checks, and any issues encountered
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and consistent product quality throughout production
What You Need to Bring to the CNC Machine Operator Role:- Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred or willingness to be trained
- Basic understanding of machining principles and measurement tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job tasks
- Manual dexterity with the ability to handle small parts
