Machine Operator - 1st & 2nd Shift
Location: Bloomington-Normal, IL
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00/hour
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Are you dependable, motivated, and ready to grow your manufacturing skills? We are seeking Machine Operators for both 1st and 2nd shift opportunities with a local Bloomington-Normal employer. Previous machine operating or production experience is preferred, but candidates who are eager to learn, take direction well, and demonstrate a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing and production machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor equipment performance and product quality
- Load materials into machines and remove finished products
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operation, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Coachable attitude and willingness to accept feedback
