Machine Operator 1st or 2nd Shift

Join our dynamic team in Schofield as a Machine Operator on either the first or second shift and play a vital role in the manufacturing process of innovative metalworking solutions. You’ll be part of a skilled team working on back-end bending operations, including running the proto machine, re-cut saw, and other essential equipment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly contribute to quality production and operational excellence.

Wage: Based on experience
Schedule: 1st M-F, 7AM-330PM OR 2nd M-TH 4PM-230AM

Required Skills:

• Experience in machine operation or manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery such as proto machines and saws
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Exposure to bending or metal fabrication processes
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems
• Previous experience in a back-end manufacturing role

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Prior machine operation experience required

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, adhere to safety protocols
