Hours: Monday–Friday,6:00AM - 2:00 PM

As a Machine Operator, you’ll operate specialized equipment while inspecting products and making adjustments to keep production running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to specifications.
• Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality.
• Inspect finished products using measurements and visual inspection.
• Work with precision materials and perform detailed inspections, including microscope work.
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe.
• Communicate equipment issues or quality concerns to your supervisor.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Comfort with basic math, measurements, and precision work.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, welding, grinding, soldering, or a similar hands-on environment is a plus.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work comfortably with small or detailed components.
• Dependability and a strong work ethic.
