Machine Operator / 1st shift

Nesco Resource is now hiring for Machine Operator positions at a facility in Conover, NC.

Job Description and Requirements

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.

• Load materials into machines and monitor equipment during production.

• Inspect finished products for quality and identify defects.

• Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues as needed.

• Maintain production and quality standards throughout the shift.

• Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.

• Must be dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: Starting at $15.25/hour

Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM + (expect overtime and sometimes work on Saturday)
Location: Conover, NC
