Machine Operator – 1st Shift (7:00am–3:00pm) 
Location: Milwaukee
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
Pay: $16 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate machinery, support continuous workflow, maintain quality standards, and help keep daily production goals on track.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Machine Operation
  • Operate machines to maintain consistent and efficient production flow
  • Ensure maximum output while maintaining high product quality
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and assist with training as needed
  • Monitor production output, identify defects, and reject non?conforming parts
  • Follow production cards/work orders to complete daily requirements
  • Communicate issues immediately to the appropriate personnel
Maintenance & Safety
  • Keep work areas and equipment clean using hoses or power sprayers
  • Maintain equipment used at the oven and report any concerns
  • Follow all Health & Safety guidelines at all times
  • Support the production supervisor in meeting daily targets
  • Adhere to quality control procedures and report any deviations

Qualifications

  • Prior manufacturing experience required
  • Strong technical aptitude; comfortable using various equipment, tools, and machinery
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Self?starter with focus, initiative, and results?driven mindset
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Consistent attendance and strong work ethic
