The Machine Operator’s primary responsibility is operating production equipment, including punch presses, press brakes, folding machines, turret presses, saw drill boxes, flat bed lasers, Kuka lasers, tube benders, buffing lines, and CNC mills.

1+ years' hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment required.
Ability to use hand and power tools (e.g., nibblers, power saws).
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Effective communication.
Quality-driven with strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Working knowledge of high-speed production machinery and measurement tools.
Ability to follow first-piece inspection procedures (First Off Green Tag Procedure).
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints.
Ability to read a tape measure, micrometer, protractor and other inspection tools that may be required.
