Location: Montgomeryville, PA 18936
Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension)
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Interview: In-person interview (floor walk + HR discussion)

Job Summary:
Seeking a Machine Operator to perform finishing processes on plastic cards and sheets using specialized production equipment. The role involves operating machinery, monitoring quality, making machine adjustments, completing production documentation, and supporting manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure quality output.
• Perform machine adjustments using basic hand tools.
• Review job specifications and follow SOPs.
• Complete paperwork and data entry as required.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Communicate production, quality, and maintenance issues.
• Support 5S continuous improvement activities.
• Assist team members and other departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic math and mechanical skills.
• Knowledge of hand tools and calipers.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to wear required PPE and safety equipment.
