Looking for a steady manufacturing opportunity with a 4-day workweek? We're hiring a dependable Machine Operator to join a growing Shelton manufacturing team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the chance to become a permanent employee.

What You'll Do:

• Operate manufacturing machines according to production requirements
• Load materials and monitor the machine during production
• Make basic adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Follow production instructions and safety procedures
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Report any machine or equipment issues

What We're Looking For:

• Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with machinery
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable and dependable
• Willingness to work overtime on Fridays when needed
