Machine Operator - 1st Shift
We are seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join our team in Strasburg, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience looking to grow with a respected company.
Join a company known as one of the worlds largest contract manufacturers and packagers of wet wipes, dryer sheets, liquids, die cut pads, and bulk blended products. In this role, you will work on various production lines ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. If youre dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused, we want to hear from you!

Hours
Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
First shift
Pay
$15.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Follow production orders and specifications
Ensure correct raw materials are available on the line at all times
Operate and troubleshoot diverse machines
Conduct in-process and finished product audits
Execute line changeovers and set up jobs
Complete documentation accurately and thoroughly
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of manufacturing experience
Positive attitude and strong mechanical aptitude
Respect for all team members and safety awareness
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Good attendance and collaborative work style
Nice to Have Skills
Previous experience with machine troubleshooting and changeovers
Knowledge of manufacturing safety procedures
Preferred Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years manufacturing experience
Other Requirements
Respectful and safety-conscious attitude
Ability to work on-site and consistently follow safety guidelines
